Rock ‘n’ Roll Fantasy - Bad Company (1979)
This was Bad Company Week. I listened to nothing but 10 from 6 anytime I was driving for pretty well the whole week

Head Over Feet - Alanis Morissette (1995)
Listened to this way too many times a few weeks ago when I was driving between Stoney Creek, Oakville and Toronto every week. Actually, basically just had all of Jagged Little Pill on repeat. What a great album. With the exception of Ironic. I posted this mini Ironic rant on my other blog and within 2 days I was listening to this CD on repeat (except for Ironic because I refuse to listen to it because I just get angry when I do).
Note: It’s certainly about time I started updating these again. I’m behind 5 weeks. 5 WEEKS! I’ll have the first few up by tomorrow and everything will be updated and uploaded by this Sunday just in time for the new one!

Born to Run - Bruce Springsteen (1975)
I can’t believe that a) this song is from 1975 and b) it is nowhere to be found on my Ultimate 70s playlist. What is wrong with me?!!

Piece of My Heart - Janis Joplin [Big Brother & The Holding Company] (1968)
You know you got it, child, if it makes you feel good.

Move Shake Drop - DJ Laz ft Flo Rida & Casely (2008)
I apologize for this.
However, if I didn’t post this as my song for last week, I’d be lying. I’ve also started shamelessly drooling over boys in sports cars. Something is very seriously wrong with me.

Wheat Kings - The Tragically Hip (1992)
Still going strong with this Hip thing. Another to add to my favourites. No word of a lie, every time I’ve been in my car this week, I’ve listened to this song.
And listened to it again. And again… and again… and again…

New Orleans Is Sinking - The Tragically Hip (1989)
I’m going through a Tragically Hip thing right now. I had a hard time deciding which Hip song to post because they have a ton of really, really great songs. While this is one of my favourites, the line ‘Gordie, baby, I know exactly what you mean’ pretty well sealed the deal for me.
Honourable mentions: Blow at High Dough, Boots or Hearts, 38 Years Old, Little Bones, Fifty Mission Cap, Looking for a Place to Happen, Ahead By a Century, Poets, Bobcaygeon.

If You Leave - Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark (1986)
This song really makes me want to watch Pretty in Pink.

Loser - Beck (1993)
This song sits at number three on my Top 25 Most Played list in iTunes, so it’s safe to say I love it. But tonight, listening to music on shuffle, this came on and it was like I was listening to it for the first time and all I could think was ‘Holy shit, this is a good song!’
I’m still feeling it.
