Little of Your Time - Maroon 5 (2007)
Sometime this week, I was listening to my iTunes on shuffle and this song came on. Suddenly the only thing I wanted was all Maroon 5 all the time.
Plus I love the line, Please don’t leave/Stay in bed/Touch my body instead.
That’s all. Happy Sunday! :)

These Days - Foo Fighters (2011)
SPECIAL EDITION:
My friend, Vanessa, had tickets to the Foo Fighters’ Toronto show on Tues. The friend who was supposed to go with her was unable to make it, so Vanessa called me. Basically, my lucky day. We had floor seats, wristbands and everything. Oh, do those wristbands ever make you feel important! Anyway, we were right along the barrier of the runway that Dave Grohl uses to get to the second stage, but we were closer to the main stage. Seriously, this close:
(Photo cred: Vanessa)
Basically, perfectly positioned for an incredible show. Also, to be sweat on by Dave as he ran by. Still not totally grossed out by that, either…
Anyway, the show was just mind blowing (and easily one of the best I’d ever seen!) My whole body felt like jelly after.
Excellent band, excellent company. Couldn’t have asked for a better night! :D

If You Could Only See - Tonic (1996)
So it’s Sunday, I guess. Woah, milestone! This here piece of music went from being one of my honourable (oh, hi there, Canadian spelling) mentions last week to if-I-don’t-listen-to-this-song-a-minimum-of-18-times-my-day-is-not-complete. Or something.

Closing Time - Semisonic (1998)
Had this on repeat so hard all week. Forgot what a great track it is. I wish this still got played at the end of the night. Or that I was legal in the 90s.
Honourable Mentions:
Don’t Follow - Alice In Chains (1994)
She Don’t Use Jelly - The Flaming Lips (1993)
Bullet With Butterfly Wings - The Smashing Pumpkins (1995)
If You Could Only See - Tonic (1996)
I could actually go on for freaking ever…

Over the Hills and Far Away - Led Zeppelin (1973)
Going on day three of having this stuck in my head.
Close 2nd would be F.I.N.E.* by Aerosmith. I’ve been going through a thing with that band for about 6 days now. Showing no signs of slowing down. However, I already posted it on my other blog earlier in the week. :)

Rag Doll - Aerosmith (1987)
These pills make me feel crazy things. I’ll post the in-betweens on here someday. On a Sunday. Bloody Sunday.
God, this song is sexy.

I Turn Around - Michael Reisz
An explanation: Digimon rules. Yea, I said it. Few weeks back, I downloaded the entire Digimon: The Movie soundtrack, plus this song. Then burned it to a disk. Then printed and laminated the cover. Because I’m that girl. And I’m that cool. This song isn’t from the soundtrack. It’s from Season 02. Matt Ishida sings it with his band TEEN-AGE WOLVES. So awesome. He’s the bassist and lead vocalist. And I’m the biggest loser EVER. Whatever. I dig it.

Pena - Federico Aubele (2007)
Don’t even remember how I found this, but it’s so good. Slow and sexy is always good.

Gunpowder and Lead - Miranda Lambert (2007)
Then this happened. Heard it for the first time on the show The Voice (my grandmother had me watch the first episode of the show with her and one of the contestants sang this song). And then I was singing it all week. Good stuff.
